We offer subscription plans on both a Monthly and Annual timeline. To switch between Monthly or Annual plans, select the toggle as shown below, on the 

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default when you signup. You can cancel at anytime.

If you cancel your subscription before the 12-month period is complete, you will 

 receive a partial pro-rated refund per our terms of service

We’re sorry to see you go! Canceling your Roame subscription is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription:

: Even after canceling, you’ll retain access to Roame Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

: Per our terms of service agreed to at checkout, Roame does not issue refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

At Roame, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, we’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience and explore other options if needed.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to Roame Pro for the remainder of your current billing cycle (whether monthly or annual).

While we don’t provide refunds, we encourage you to reach out to our support team if you have questions, concerns, or feedback about your subscription. We’ll do our best to assist you!
