How to Cancel Your Roame Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go! Canceling your Roame subscription is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription:

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Log into Your Roame Account
  • Visit  Roame  and sign in using your registered email and password.
  1. Go to Account Settings
  1. Visit the Customer Portal
  • Under the Subscription tab, you’ll see details about your current plan.
  • Click on the Go to Customer Portal button.
  1. Confirm Your Cancellation
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
  • Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes:

  • Access Until End of Billing Cycle: Even after canceling, you’ll retain access to Roame Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund Policy: Per our terms of service agreed to at checkout, Roame does not issue refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
