How do I create an account?

When first signing up for your Friends of Roame subscription, you may run into an issue where you are asked to upgrade when performing a SkyView search or setting alerts. This is often a cookies/caching issue with the device.

Go to your browser's history. Delete history, cache, and cookies for "All Time"

If this does not work for you, please contact our team at support@roame.travel for more help.

I signed up for Roame Pro, but it's still asking me to upgrade

If you signed up using Google, but would like to create a password to use specifically for the Roame site, please follow these steps:

While logged out, go to the Roame login page.

Type in the email address you used for Google sign-in, but 

 and follow the steps to reset your password.

Once you’ve reset your password, you’ll be able to log in using your email and new password without relying on Google sign-in.

Use Chrome on a browser for best results.

 Other browsers or devices might occasionally encounter issues with the authenticator.

Make sure you use the same email address you created your account with.

How do I create a password if I signed up using Google?

Enter the email address associated with your account and click 

Check your email inbox for the password reset link. (Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)

Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

 Our authenticator can sometimes have issues on other browsers or devices.

If you don’t receive the reset link within a few minutes, check your spam folder and double-check that you entered the correct email address.
