How do I select a monthly plan?

Roame is available to users worldwide! While we primarily focus on US-based credit card programs, we also support many major international airline loyalty programs to help you find the best redemptions no matter where you’re located.

On the Roame flight results page, you’ll see redemption options for many non-US frequent flyer programs, regardless of their credit card partnerships. For example, users in Europe can explore award opportunities with programs like Flying Blue and Virgin Atlantic, while users in Australia can take advantage of deals with Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin Australia Velocity. To confirm that your preferred programs are supported, visit

If you hold a points-earning credit card issued by one of the supported programs (e.g., Amex in the UK or Canada), you will find that Roame supports most of their key transfer partners.

When it comes to credit card point transfers, our booking instructions are currently tailored to US-based programs. However, these steps are often directionally helpful for cardholders outside the US as well.

Can I use Roame if I don't live in the U.S.?

This happens for even the most experienced travelers. Unfortunately, we don’t control how many award seats are available on each flight; that’s up to the airlines. Some dates might be busier than others or you might be looking for seats on a very popular route.

Your best bet is to check into Roame every so often to see if any new award seats come up, or you can use SkyView to set automatic alerts (up to 5) for when any award tickets might come available.

I can't find any flights when searching Roame :(

At Roame, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, we’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience and explore other options if needed.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to Roame Pro for the remainder of your current billing cycle (whether monthly or annual).

While we don’t provide refunds, we encourage you to reach out to our support team if you have questions, concerns, or feedback about your subscription. We’ll do our best to assist you!

Do you offer refunds?

) works by searching popular routes + alert routes once per day and saving them down (caching). This consequently means we do not search every route worldwide (like the route you have shown here) because it doesn't fall under our immediate list of popular routes nor has another user set an alert for the route.

The way to remedy this is to set an alert for this specific route and then check back in (about 24 hrs should be good). This way, your route will be added to our SkyView search and if results that meet your criteria come up, you will be notified. 

Otherwise, if you don't want to wait, just turn off SkyView and

Why does SkyView not show any results for one of my routes?

The best way to approach this is to first start with a SkyView search. Then, you conduct that same search using a

It’s extremely complex and difficult to get points data across airlines.

The live tool is in real time, but the cached SkyView tool lets you search up to 60 days at once, search from all top airports in the US to all top airports in Europe, and set alerts. That functionality is impossible when searching manually across 17 airline websites.

Imagine searching 17 airline websites * 50 original airports * 50 destination airports * 60 days. That would be you searching 2.55M times for availability and that’s just searching each route once.

And you can’t even set alerts with individual airline websites, you can have to just come back and search the same routes again. So you would be searching 2.55M times at least every single day, just to match 1 search on the cached SkyView search.

Why are my SkyView results not up to date?
