Not receiving Roame SMS alerts

If you are not receiving SMS alerts from Roame, here's how to reactivate them.
Check that you are still an active Roame Pro member (Friends of Roame)
SMS alerts are only available for Roame Pro users.
- Click your profile photo, located on the top right of the Roame website or the bottom right of the Roame app.
- Choose Settings > Subscription.
- Confirm that you have an active subscription. If not, you can always upgrade here .
Check that you did not mark Roame SMS alerts as spam
Can't receive texts from us? Ensure text delivery to your number isn't disabled. Need to resubscribe? (Please note that texting "STOP" as a reply to Roame text alerts will stop all future SMS alerts.)
- Text START to 76263 or,
- Text START to the last message you received from us.
